Andre is NOT supposed to be in this line-up. He's the one person who has everything in common with me, but that I CAN'T STAND!!!
Andre is so damn literal. He's anal, and a bit of an asshole. The 2 things that set him apart from everyone else: 1. He DOES NOT believe in Marriage and kids. And 2, I'm sleeping with him.
Hahaha. I know how it looks. It's even worse than what you might think. But i will say this, I sure can pick 'em.
Andre started out persuing a friend of mine, who i knew wouldn't have anything to do with him. So of course, he got in good with me hoping to glean some info from me, to no avail. Instead, he and i found out how much we had in common and it was pretty much over. We all win...so to speak.
Anyway, I've been seeing him for about 2 months now, just f*cking, and I make sure to let him know that i'm seeing other people. He actually hates the idea. He really wants me to be with him, but I won't even consider going out on a real date because i know it could never go anywhere.
I refuse to waste my time that way.

Man-by-Man Breakdown Pt 2: ARLOW
I'm going to keep this one short and simple, because that's pretty much who *Arlow is. We knew each other ages ago, when we were in school. We had our moment in the sun. Our puppy love. Our infatuation. Been there, done that.
But I've always wondered about my past loves. Definitely Arlow, more than the rest.
He'd come back from the military when I heard he was in town. Once we reconnected, all that was on his mind were 2 things: sex, and marriage. He confessed that he'd been thinking about me for all of our years apart and that nothing would make him happier than for me to become his girl.
Now, although that was flattering, I didn't know Arlow anymore. I told him that we had to take our time and learn about each other again. Those old feelings can't sustain a new relationship. Arlow, however, had other plans.
To this day, he continues to pander me. He won't hsare what he's thinking because he's afraid i'll be offended. He'll barely comment on anything I say to him. And to top it all off, he thinks a "date" consists of me coming to sit on his couch and watch him play video games.
Uh---no.

Man-by-Man Breakdown Pt 1: ARI
Ari is the TYPE of guy that every girl likes to date.
He has a good job with benefits, his own car and his own place. He's a hard-worker who plays harder and doesn't have a very hard time accessing his feelings.
Every time we go out, he foots the bill without even blinking & he believes in chivalry. For lack of a better term, he's nearly perfect.
I don't have many gripes about *Ari, just one. He's pretty wishy-washy about PDA (public displays of affection).
We were out at the park, taking a romantic walk. At the appropriate time, we began kissing. Everything was fine until he spotted some random walking through the park. Ari kind of freaked out.
Now I understand that some people aren't okay with that type of thing, but this has never stopped Ari from hanging all over me when we're in the store. It hasn't stopped him from kissing me on the nape of my neck in the grocer's aisle, but a full-on kiss, at night, in front of one stranger is TOO MUCH!
He made such a big deal out of the whole thing that it practically ruined our night! We were on such a good run too. We're supposed to see each other this weekend, so we'll see what happens. Hopefully, he's back to his normal self.

I'mmm Baaacccckkk!
After what seems like forever, I'm getting back into the swing of things. Archer is no more, but things ended well. We've found a way to keep in each others good graces.
But now on to more exciting news!
I've been on a roll lately. I've adopted a new concept: Multi-dating.
It's kind of like multi-tasking, but with boys. To execute this concept you will need the following things:
2 or more people to date
an honesty policy
a strong will NOT to have sex
Ok. Seems simple enough, date a few guys, let them know that you're dating other people, and keep it in your pants! (That is, until you and one of those guys has agreed to be monogamous.)
It's been going pretty well as of late. I find myself 2 months into dating 4 different men and I have to say, it's pretty exciting. That, of course, is saying the least. It's certainly not as complicated as one would think and best of all ladies: IT PROVIDES A CERTAIN DEGREE OF EMOTIONAL PROTECTION!
When you're hanging out with other people it takes a lot of the pressure away from waiting on the "main guy" to call. I think we can all agree that waiting by the phone is something we all HATE, but this concept kills it. (Unless ALL of your guys are unavailable, then you just add a new one to the roster! Lol!)
For example, the front-runner in my scenario is Ari. He's wonderful, chivalrous, intelligent, accomplished. He's great, but he's also super-focused on his work. We even have AMAZING dates! (Seriously, WAAAYYYY better than the rest!) And during the in-between time, while he's off working, I can hang out with these other guys and occupy my mind so that i don't call him either!
Anyways, this is quite enough for now. More updates soon to come!
